Here is my cake

I just found this! I knew I had gotten the whole dahlia/winery thing from somewhere. So, mom, since you will be making the cake, what do you think? Pretty easy, right? No fondant or crazy shapes and colors. Now all we have to do is decided on the flavor....

Flower and color inspiration

Since Byington is a winery/vineyard, I have decided that I want my flowers to be my absolute favorites - dahlias, which coincidentally, are the color of wine. How apropos.

Location, location, location

Byington Winery will be the location. I wish the website had better photos, but trust me when I say that the place is stunning!

Here are some other weddings I have found that also show better images. #2 shows the inside where the reception is held. It's pretty much in the barrel room, you can see the steel tanks in the background.
